When I worked at Sun Travel, I was a full-time student in college. This company was willing to work with me to adjust my hours as needed.
Typically, I worked within the ticketing department or at the front desk. I would assist within both of those areas as needed. Because of this particular job, I was able to learn and develop skills that I might not have otherwise had. I was able to learn and grow.
Management was good and I was able to address any issues that I had with them. They were willing to help me find a way to be successful when I encountered a problem.
My co-workers were very submitted to what they were doing. Agents were ready to fight for their clients and make sure they got the best service. Quality Assurance and ticketing did everything they could to make sure that clients got tickets as quickly as possible. It was like a big family that had their roles, but still looked after one another.
I really enjoyed the opportunity to learn and grow. I am really fortunate that I had the chance to work with such great people in a great environment. It was a time I will never forget.
