Genetic Counseling is not only an enjoyable and fascinating career, it is also one with national job growth potential !

The Augustana-Sanford Genetic Counseling Graduate Program (ASGCGP) welcomed its pioneer class — the Class of 2018 — on September 1, 2016, at the Sanford Center. The ASGCGP is a collaborative program among Augustana University, Sanford Health, and numerous other partners. It is one of less than 40 ACGC-accredited programs in the U.S. and the only one in South Dakota.

Applications for the 2018-2019 academic year will open in the Fall of 2017. All applications will be reviewed by the Genetic Counseling Graduate Program Admission Committee. Upon review, the committee will determine the most-qualified applicants, and they will be invited for on-site interviews. Offers of admission will be extended in April 2018.

In this two-year program. the student learning experience equally involves classroom learning, hands-on participation, and clinical rotations. While the first year is more heavily weighted toward classroom learning, students begin to have clinical patient interactions in their first semester. During the second year, the balance shifts away from classroom learning and toward a richer clinical experience.

All students enrolled in the program spend their first academic year in Sioux Falls, whereas second-year students train in either Sioux Falls or San Diego, California. Students in both locations are connected with each other through technology and frequent communication.

Augustana University’s Master’s in Genetic Counseling program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Genetic Counseling (ACGC). located at 4400 College Blvd. Ste. 220, Overland Park, KS 66211, web address www.gceducation.org. ACGC can be reached by phone at 913.222.8668.

Mobile Phone Distributors, How to Become a Wireless Master Agent #mobile

#

Mobile Phone Distributors – What You Need To Know!

Mobile phone distributors are a critical part of a prepaid wireless provider’s success! Are you interested in becoming a cell phone distributor? Here you’ll learn about what it takes to be a wireless master agent, how it works, the technology involved, and more! The fact is that the world of mobile phone distributors is fascinating, and can be the life blood of many wireless carriers.

What are cell phone distributors?
First, let’s define what exactly a distributor is and does. Different people will have different definitions and describe various scopes of responsibility, however, generally speaking the following points are very consistent. Having worked directly with prepaid wireless distributors for many years, I feel comfortable that the following information will help you get jump-started on becoming knowledgeable!

  • Distributors are often referred to as master agents. This is because they are at the top of the so-called distribution food chain. What that means is that while a distributor or master agent may sometimes sell phones and airtime directly to customers, they typically mostly sell wholesale to dealers.
  • In turn, dealers have their own stores, but also sell wholesale to smaller stores. Sometimes there is even a sub-dealer level between the dealer and the store level.
  • A cell phone distributor will buy phones and airtime discounted directly from prepaid wireless carriers. They will then mark up the price and sell it down to the next level.
  • Mobile phone distributors can have relationships with dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of stores beneath them. The layers under them are often referred to as their sub-distribution. Depending on the size, reputation, and policies of a prepaid wireless carrier, some wireless distributors won’t be able to work directly with a prepaid carrier. In other words, as a wireless distributor, you could have a direct relationship with a prepaid carrier, or you may have to work as a sub-distributor under another larger master agent who is working directly with the carrier.

What’s the best level?
This can become a very personal decision. Are you the type of person who wants to run a large distribution network, and deal with the operations, collections, and warehousing that comes along with that? Or are you the type of person who enjoys working day to day directly with the customer? The answer will likely be a combination of what you enjoy, as well as what are your strengths and capabilities.

There’s no doubt about it that the higher you are on the mobile phone distributor food chain, the more money you’ll make, and the faster you’ll make that money. The simple reason is because once you have a network of sub-distributors and stores, you’ll be able to sell hundreds, or even thousands of phones in one deal, versus the bottom of the chain, where you’ll be selling one phone at a time to the customer, which practically speaking, will simply take more time. But for that apparent ease, you’ll have more overall risk.

Consider if you were to buy 10,000 phones from a prepaid carrier. If you don’t have the operations in place to receive and ship out those phones in an efficient manner, it could take you some time before you get the products in the hands of those who will actually be selling them. And that doesn’t include the cost of paying for the phone (or topup) inventory, and the cost to store it. Many prepaid carriers require that distributors prepay for inventory. Some will give you payment terms (ex. net 10 days or 30 days), however, that is becoming less common these days. Even with payment terms, you’ll still need to get the product out, and get paid in time to pay the carrier for the inventory if you want to minimize your cash flow outlay to support your inventory.

As a side note, I’ve seen more than a few mobile phone distributors selling millions upon millions of dollars of phones and airline who have been extremely cash-strapped, and on the brink of bankruptcy! One operational issue, or trouble collecting money from your sub-distribution, and you’re toast! But don’t let that scare you off. Those issues really come down to poor management, and perhaps greed, trying to grow their business too quickly. If you’re wise, you should be able to profitably (and safely!) build your business without being on the edge of financial disaster.

What do you need to become a wireless distributor?

  • Relationships – You’ll need to have relationships with sub-dealers and/or stores. In my opinion this is the most difficult part. Building relationships with other dealers or stores is not easy. It takes a certain kind of person to seek out such opportunities and to sell your services. Due to the amazing potential to make a lot of money in the prepaid wireless distribution business, competition is fierce! You can target a specific neighborhood, type of mom and pop store, small convenience store, etc. Think about where people might want to buy a phone or topup their prepaid wireless account. Also consider what unique value you can add. Do you have special knowledge, insight, or existing relationships with a specific type of community? This should be considered a critical success factor, and will largely determine whether you should be a master cell phone distributor at the top of the chain, a smaller one, or somewhere in the middle. There’s really no “wrong” place to be. Wherever you fit in, and can apply your passion, you’ll have a chance to succeed!
  • Access to Technology – Depending on where you are on the food chain, you’ll need to have technology to process airtime sales. Usually the master cell phone distributor will provide access to technology to partners below them, so lets assume you’re at the top for the moment. You’ll need to partner with a Technology Service Provider (TSP). TSPs also have relationships with prepaid wireless carriers. The larger ones will have direct relationships, while the smaller ones will have indirect relationships. The closer they are to being direct, the more money you’ll likely be able to make (due to higher available margins). There are a number of technologies currently available, and depending on the dealers/stores that are selling your prepaid products, you may need one or all of these:
    • POS Terminals – These are Point Of Sale Terminals that typically look like credit card terminals. They can be used to sell electronic PINs (ePINs) or to perform PIN-less Real Time Replenishment (RTR) transactions.
    • Web Terminals – These are secure websites that provide the same products as do POS terminals, but can be accessed via the Internet, without the need for special hardware or equipment. Internet access, however, IS required.
    • Hot Cards – This product has been phased out of the market. These require minimal or no technology, and can often be purchased directly from the carrier or master distributors. The operational and fraud risks around this product lead carriers to get rid of it; I keep it here as a historical reference, and you may encounter people who talk about it even to this day.

To read about these technologies in detail, visit the Point Of Sale Technology page. As a cell phone distributor you’ll need to get a very good understanding of these replenishment technologies so you can sell your services to dealers and/or stores. You may only need one of them or all of them. Remember that you need to keep in mind the needs of YOUR customers (dealers and/or stores), as well as what the end users (wireless customers) need and prefer. Believe it or not, these are not always the same things!
Special Note: Depending on how large you are, as well as your relationship with your TSP(s) and sub-distribution, you may be able to get these technologies from free, you may have to buy them outright (ex. terminals), or you may be able to lease them. Depending on where your business lies in the food chain, you may be able to pass any costs down to your sub-distribution.

  • Money – You’ll need to either have cash on hand, or access to money from banks or investors. You’ll need this money to pay for technology, warehousing, staff, and of course, prepaid phones and prepaid airtime. Although people tend to worry the most about getting money, I put it last because it really is the easiest part of the equation! If you have good relationships and access to technology, you’re well on your way to building a successful cell phone distributor business, and finding the money will be the easiest part!

Should you get a second bachelor – s degree or go

#

Should you get a second bachelor’s degree or go for a master’s degree?

The question plagues more students than you might think.

Whether you want to change fields, be a more well-rounded job candidate or just learn something new, deciding between a second bachelor s degree and a master s degree is not always easy. While there doesn t seem to be one overarching correct answer binding everyone who considers the question, that doesn t mean an answer doesn t exist at all.

Here are a few things to consider when deciding between a second bachelor s degree or a master s degree .

Second bachelor s degree

If you can t get into your desired master s degree without a bachelor s degree in the subject, then you may want to do what Michael Au plans to do: Get a second bachelor s degree.

Au, who earned a bachelor s degree in biology from Southwestern University, plans on going to the University of Texas at Austin for his second degree a bachelor s in nursing .

I think that a master s in biology was not quite the direction I wanted to go in, Au said. I love biology but I don t think I would be happy with a master s in this field. I found myself more drawn to healthcare.

Be careful, though: Not every school allows someone to get a second bachelor s degree. Stanford University, for example, doesn t allow two degrees in the same area. Meaning, you can t get two Bachelor of Arts degree or two Bachelor of Science degrees, but can do one of each, with permission.

On the other hand, some schools have a fast track for students pursuing a second bachelor s, such as the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill s nursing program (nursing.unc.edu), which offers an accelerated four-term Bachelor of Science in Nursing option, granted you have the prerequisites completed.

Also, don t expect the same kind of financial aid options as you d have with a master s degree. According to a U.S. News World Report article, there are fewer financial aid options for those pursuing a second bachelor s.

Scholarship or private loan eligibility are not affected significantly, nor is eligibility for PLUS loans and work-study, according to the article, but federal loans may be at stake.

Federal Stafford student loans are available for second bachelor s degrees, but the lifetime limit is based on your total time as an undergraduate, reads the article, which also states the limit is $57,500 for undergraduates. A master s degree student would start over with federal Stafford student loan lifetime limits.

And according to Fastweb.com, students with a prior bachelor s degree are ineligible for the Pell Grant, Academic Competitiveness Grant, National SMART Grant, the Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) and the Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education Grant (TEACH Grant).

So you may be spending more money than you would have if you just got your first degree in your now-desired subject. But with two degrees, you may be more diverse, as Au realized.

I think that a liberal arts education is so valuable but also a very practical degree is valuable, Au said. Now I m getting both!

Master s degree

If you want to change career paths or study something new, then a master s degree may make sense.

For Polly Thurston, who earned a bachelor s degree in art from Austin College, she decided her senior year of undergrad that she wanted to work in graphic design. Her school didn t have the degree so she had a decision to make: second bachelor s or master s. She chose a master s, eventually graduating with a master s in communication design from Pratt Institute.

I wanted to be challenged…and I hoped that the advanced degree would open more doors for me in the career world, said Thurston, who assumed a second bachelor s degree would be difficult for her with some of the basic courses and younger students. I think the master s degree gave me more confidence in my search and a more advanced set of tools.

In many cases, you have to have an undergraduate degree in the subject to be accepted into a master s or Ph.D. program. That s not always the case though, as Thurston found out. Also, you can sometimes take a few classes as a non-degree student to fulfill that requirement.

There are less scholarship opportunities for grad students (Scholarships.com has a separate page for grad students), though you may qualify for private students loans. And according to the U.S. Department of Education s Federal Student Aid page, grad students are eligible for:

  • The William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) Program
  • Federal Perkins Loan (Perkins Loan) Program
  • Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education (TEACH) Grant
  • Federal Work-Study (FWS) Program
  • Federal Pell Grant

There s no objectively right or wrong answer to the question of second bachelor s vs. master s. Just make sure you decide what s right for you.

Accredited Online Public Administration Degree Guide for 2015

Public administration is the implementation of government policy in the daily lives of citizens. If you study public administration, you will learn how to manage organizations, to analyze the effects of government policies, and to use business and statistical tools to solve organizational problems. If your career goals are to help run government agencies or nonprofit organizations, you may consider studying public administration. It can be fulfilling to contribute to society through a public administration career. However, if you are not motivated by public service, this may not be the right field for you. Even so, a public administration degree will help you to develop career skills like managing, budgeting and conducting research, which you can use in other fields like business. If you choose to study public administration, your curriculum will draw from related disciplines including political science, business management and administrative law.

Check the Guide to Accreditation in Higher Education to learn more about accreditation and how to determine if the program you select meets the necessary standards.

TABLE of CONTENTS

Degrees

It takes at least four years of school in order to become a public administrator, but it could take up to eight years. To obtain an advanced position in public administration, you generally will need to earn a bachelor s degree, which takes about four years, and a master s degree, which takes two to three more years of graduate school. In addition, you may need at least one year of professional experience to be admitted into a public administration graduate program.

Bachelor s Degree in Public Administration

A Bachelor of Arts (BA) focuses more on liberal arts, so you can explore other academic areas in addition to public administration. The BA is preferable if you want to go on to graduate school in the future.

A Bachelor of Science (BS) has more science and mathematics courses, which will give you a technical background. The BS is preferable if you want to get an entry-level job in public administration.

  • Length of study: 4 years (120-130 hours)
  • Coursework: economics, government, leadership, law, research design, environmental planning, nonprofit management, public health policy
  • Employment prospects: Most careers in public administration require a graduate degree. But a bachelor s degree can qualify you for entry-level positions as a policy research associate or administrative assistant at a government agency.

Master s Degree in Public Administration

A master s degree in public administration is a graduate-level degree that will greatly increase your job prospects in the field. For most public administration careers, you will not need to continue your education beyond a masters degree.

Master of Public Administration (MPA) programs focus on developing organizational management skills. This option is the best choice if you want to manage a government or a nonprofit organization.

Master of Public Policy (MPP) programs train students to research, analyze data and make policy recommendations. This option is best if you want to research for nonprofit or government organizations.

Master of Public Affairs (MPAFF) programs are similar to the MPA and MPP programs. Some programs focus more on management while others are more research-oriented.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs train students in business skills such as finance, accounting, management and human resources. This option is best if you want to pursue a business career in the private sector.

  • Length of study: 2-3 years (48-72 credit hours)
  • Coursework: management, leadership, statistics, economics, finance; some programs require an internship with a government agency or nonprofit organization
  • Employment prospects: legislator, executive director of a nonprofit, government consultant, human resources manager

Doctoral Degree in Public Administration

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programs in public administration focus heavily on developing research and teaching skills. A PhD is preferable if you plan to enter academia or to work in an advanced research position.

Doctor of Public Administration (DPA) programs are less common than PhD programs. They train students in the practical application of theory and research. If you plan to pursue a management career, a DPA is the best option.

  • Length of study: 4-7 years (72-90 credit hours)
  • Coursework: public policy, management, economics, research methods, statistics; some specialization in public policy, management or related fields like environment or healthcare
  • Employment prospects: professor, nonprofit executive director, high-level policy researcher, elected government official

Master of Management: Online Human Resource Management Degree

    Essential Information

Master’s degree programs in human resource (HR) management are commonly available fully online. Institutions may allow HR management students to complete specializations in related areas, such as organizational leadership. Some students may opt to pursue a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in HR management or a Master of Science in Human Resource Management. Applicants may be required to submit a resume.

Students can complete all coursework remotely. They’ll take classes on employee benefits and compensation, staff training, safety in the workplace and management principles. Programs may end with a final project or master’s thesis, which can help prepare graduates for work as an HR manager or specialist.

Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management

Online human resource (HR) management master’s degree programs provide students with the skills and knowledge needed to work in leadership positions in HR. The coursework covers business organization, legal issues, labor relations and staffing, among other areas.

    Information and Requirements

The online master’s degree program can typically be completed in about two years, although this number varies depending on the student’s enrollment status. Some schools offering online programs limit the number of courses students can take each term. The HR management master’s degree program can be completed totally online. Students obtain course materials and complete assignments within an online course management system.

In some cases, students may have to work with classmates on group assignments; however, this does not require in-person meetings. In addition to possessing a computer that meets the school’s technical requirements, students should have a high-speed Internet connection and office applications software.

    Common Coursework

General education coursework is not part of graduate-level programs. For this particular degree program, students learn about organizational behavior, employee relations and human resource planning.

    Employment Law

This course covers the employment regulations and laws HR managers must understand. Issues such as privacy, employee safety and affirmative action are some of the central areas of focus.

    Staffing

Students learn about the HR theories and methods as they relate to staffing. They obtain knowledge in several processes including recruiting, hiring, employee orientation and employee performance measurement.

    Compensation

A compensation course teaches students about employee compensation and benefits. The roles of government and labor unions in employee compensation packages are also discussed.

    Career Information for Graduates

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) estimates that employment growth for HR managers and labor relations specialists will increase 9% in the 2014-2024 decade (www.bls.gov ). Companies and enterprises are an obvious employment source for graduates with a master’s degree in HR management. Local and state governments are also common employers. HR managers earned an average wage of $117,080 annually as revealed by 2015 BLS data.

    Continuing Education Information

Although not required, obtaining certification could enhance an HR manager’s job prospects. Several organizations offer relevant credentials, such as the Society for Human Resource Management, International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the American Society for Training and Development. In addition to the certification options, all of these organizations offer online courses designed to enhance HR professionals’ skills.

Students interested in a career as a human resource manager have the option to complete a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management which is available completely online. Employment law, staffing, and compensation are a few of the topics students will learn about in this program.

  • MSc International Finance – Key Features #master #finance, #one #year #master

    #

    MSc International
    Finance

    Key Features

The HEC Paris MSc in International Finance (MIF) program caters for highly-motivated top achieving graduates looking to succeed in a career in finance and consulting. The program has a strong analytical focus yet is accessible from either business and finance (business track) or economics, math, physics, engineering (accelerated track) backgrounds.

    Flexible Curriculum

A ‘tailored-designed’ approach towards education is at the core when designing programs at HEC Paris. This is shown in at least two aspects of the HEC Paris MSc International Finance curriculum.

    • The courses taken during the first semester depend on your experience before joining HEC Paris. If you have already covered basic financial accounting, investment theory and corporate finance, you will start finance classes at advanced level (business track). If you have not done so, you will start at a more basic level with significantly more class hours at an accelerated pace to enable you to cover the same material by the end (accelerated track)
    • The second semester is comprised of more than 40 Concentration as well as free electives. Students must choose a concentration between Corporate Investment Financing Policy, Corporate Restructuring, Corporate Strategy, Financial Engineering, and Capital Markets. Then, they have access to more than 15 free electives.

    Balance between theory and practice

The number of hours spent in the classroom by HEC MIF graduates significantly exceeds international standards. Around half of that time will be spent in front of world class researchers. imparting you state-of-the-art knowledge. The other half will be spent in front of top-level practitioners. The latter is one of the many ways in which the learning experience at HEC Paris differs to most and adds another dimension to teaching. We feel it is important to complement theoretical teaching by using top researchers and practitioners lectures to give our graduates that extra edge over graduates from other institutions. The more competitive the environment, the more important having that extra edge is.

    Strong and cohesive peer group

Who your peers are matters: with regards to the quality of your learning experience, the perception of potential employers and for the value of your network after you graduate. This is why academic performance is at the top of our admissions criteria. However at HEC we look for more than just academic excellence: smart, ambitious individuals will underperform without adequate interaction. We put a strong emphasis on group interaction and encourage it in any way we can. For instance:

    • Honours are granted on the basis of absolute GPA and not class percentile to make sure that no HEC MIF student can benefit from the underperformance of one of his or her classmates
    • A study trip is organized in the 3rd week of the program with all HEC finance students participating and interacting in both professional and non-professional activities

    Life Long Ties

At HEC Paris, we pride ourselves on the fact that ties built on campus between both professors and students continue after students graduate and become alumni. Our alumni get directly involved in guiding the new generation of HEC MIF students and to make sure they achieve the same success as past students. A few examples:

    • Career and job training workshops the first week of the program
    • More than 250 students take part in the formal networking event on the London study trip… and many more at the less formal Friday night HEC Finance pub crawl: a unique opportunity to gain privileged access to young professionals from bulge bracket banks!
    • Finance event organized the 4th week of September

    International Diversity

With 29 different nationalities making up the class of 2016. the International Finance program is equally as enriching on a cultural level. Working alongside a diverse group of nationalities can be highly educational and rewarding and is a true highlight of the program for many. London is the main hub for HEC MIF graduates in terms of placements although we also have alumni working in Continental Europe, Asia, Americas, and the Middle East.

DC PENSIONS: WHAT KIND OF GOVERNANCE WOULD YOU PREFER?

As the regulatory picture becomes increasingly complex, a growing number of organisations are looking again at the governance and delivery of their DC pension scheme. We’re ready to shoulder as much – or as little – of the burden as you’d like.

We’ve thought carefully about our master trust, group personal pension, trust-based and investment-only options – so your decision about how you run your scheme is purely based upon the level of responsibility (and risk) you’re happy to take on.

The best of Aon… whichever option you choose

All our pension solutions include delegated investment funds, which have the agility to react quickly to new legislation or changes in the economy, without leaving your members stuck in expensive or underperforming legacy investments.

And naturally, you’ll feel the benefit of Aon’s global investment management capabilities – and the strength and breadth of our independent manager research teams, who’ll bring you a whole menu of flexible investment options reflecting our latest DC investment ideas, like:

    • Aon-designed target date funds
    • Intelligent lifestyle strategies
    • White-labelled self-select funds
    Fully-outsourced governance: two choices

Given the changing regulatory picture, it’s increasingly common for customers to ask us to handle the entirety of their pension governance. We have two ways to do this:

Aon’s Group Personal Pension: Bigblue Touch. We created Bigblue Touch to give our clients a GPP scheme that’s designed for the accelerating pace of change in today’s pension market. You’ll find more information, here .

The Aon MasterTrust. If you’d like to maintain a direct relationship with your Members, but the new governance requirements and responsibilities are proving too great a burden, The Aon MasterTrust is an ideal solution.

Managed by a completely independent trustee board, our master trust scheme groups your pension with other employers and makes it easier to satisfy your legal duties, while securing good outcomes for your members. There’s more information here .

Whether you choose Bigblue Touch or the Aon Mastertrust, your members will gain access to our easy-to-use technology platform. This makes it simple for members to understand the value of their pension, predict likely outcomes and make additional savings, including using an ISA. They can use our solution to continue making smart decisions at – and after – retirement, too.

    Both schemes also include:

    • Investments that aim to give great outcomes. tailored to your people’s needs
    • Engaging, proactive communications. so your members are fully informed throughout their journey
    • Comprehensive support at retirement. regardless of a member’s plans for their pension pot, including the option of a straight-through drawdown solution, using institutional funds and pricing
    • Financial aggregation tools. so members can see their pension savings in context, alongside bank accounts, loans, property and credit cards.
    Trust-based DC investment schemes

Some organisations are most comfortable keeping pensions governance in-house, but would still benefit from leading-edge, trust-based investment – as well as administration services, and member communications that really engage.

If that sounds familiar, our bundled DC investment solutions could be for you.

Click here. to find out how it works.

    Investment-only DC pension solutions

Some clients are happy operating their own plan governance but recognise that even a nimble Trustee team can’t react to industry or market changes as quickly as their members might expect.

For such clients, our market leading Delegated DC Investment offering allows you to ensure your members are invested in Aon’s global research team’s view of best in class funds at charging levels that reflect our global scale in the market. Our teams work day in day out to ensure that new ideas and managers are assessed, existing managers monitored and funds changed where circumstances justify this.

Update on our Magic Quadrant’s for Master Data Management 2016 –

    #

As you may have heard we are changing our coverage of the MDM market. Since inception we have published two magic quadrants, one focused on MDM of customer data and the other on MDM of product data. We initiated coverage on these two segments of MDM since these were the two, largest, dominant sectors organizations implemented, typically one at a time. Some vendors and technologies also often competed in a similar fashion. In 2015 and increasingly in 2016 we have and are monitoring changes in the market that are leading to changes in our coverage. We will publish a detailed note in March giving you all the background on this change.

The summary of the results are as follows:

    • The two Magic Quadrants, MDM of customer data and MDM of product data, will be retired. The attendant Critical Capabilities will also be retired. They will be replaced with two market guides for MDM of customer and MDM of product data. The publish date will be Q2-Q3 2016.
    • A new Magic Quadrant for MDM will be introduced to cover all the aspects of MDM that clients ask Gartner about. This will include use cases spanning – B2B Customer Data, B2C Customer Data, Buy-side Product Data, Sell-side Product Data, Multidomain MDM (any domain), and Multivector MDM (any implementation style, organizational structure, industry). A new Critical Capabilities note will accompany this new MQ. The new MQ will publish in Q4.
    • A new Information Stewardship Market Guide is being introduced in Q2. This is not due only to changes in the MDM market but this is closely allied to it, as well as other data and information that needs to be stewarded.

In terms of vendors that will qualify for inclusion in the new MDM Magic Quadrant, we are estimating:

    • Packaged solution for MDM (no ‘build’ included)
    • Operational MDM only (we exclude analytic MDM, as we always have)
    • $10M or more (equivalent) in software license/subscriptions for solution

Please note that there is little else we can share, until we commence the research process that produces the Magic Quadrant. This will take place sometime in April. We will then publish the final and agreed qualification criteria
