Why customers love Globelink

Quick, efficient, honest and comprehensive – the only one I found on the market for my circumstances.

Their website is one of the simplest to navigate to obtain a quote, gives all the details necessary to ensure that you have the required cover, and then give you a good price!

We have used Globelink for many years as ex pats in Spain we find it is the easiest one to book, no hidden charges easy to understand what covers are available and a reasonable price. What more could you ask for!

Globelink is a really excelllent company. My wife and I have used them for the last 10+ years and have always received absolutely amazing service. Even with pre-existing medical conditions, Globelink have always come up with a very competitive quote and excess amount. All queries to Globelink’s customer service have been answered fully within 24 hours, the staff are very friendly, highly efficient and ‘deliver the goods’. The cost of our insurance has always been less than other companies for the same level of cover, even though we are now in our seventies Globelink still cover us for a competitive premium Our few small claims have been met in full and very speedily. We will continue to use and recommend Globelink as long as we are able to travel.

I am 78 years old and love to spend at least 4 or 5 months in Portugal in the winter, but most insurance companies do not do long stay for my age. I had been phoning round a lot of companies and then I asked the question on my IPad insurance for long stay oldies and your name came up. Mrs Paul, was very calm said it was possible for me to go and could even stay longer if I wanted to, so I was delighted, and took out the insurance at once. I am now going away in November with a friend who is older than me and when he asked about insurance I suggested your company, and we are now both insured, so Many Thanks for excellent service

Easy to Sign up for Travel Insurance and would recommend Globelink to others as it is Inexpensive in comparison to other Travel Insurance Companies.

The extra time in a place lets you find a favorite coffee shop, get your groceries at the local stores, go to the weekly market – the things you would do if you lived there. Read more.

Many pre-existing medical conditions disclosed to us can be covered, however, this may result in a higher premium or an increased excess. For those who are travelling individually, we offer competitive cover for European and Worldwide destinations. Travelling as a family can be quite expensive, so we do not charge for children up to 18 years old, to help make your total holiday costs more affordable.

Marcelo is amazing! My friend and I were struggling to book internal flights in Peru with our US credit cards. We called him and in 5 minutes, he had great flights, tons of advice and he knew so much about travel within the country and what to see. He s got the hookup! I just wish I would have called him from the very beginning before we booked stuff.

This place was great. We just stopped in to check out what a travel agent could do for us since we didn t have the time or know-how on planning a complex trip through South America. After our first meeting with Cesar, we realized that visiting Americas Travel was the best decision we could have made with regard to this trip.

Oh my goodness.  Have been using Marcelo at Americas Travel to book airfares to Central and South America for years.  Have always been impressed by his ability to find the BEST fares with the BEST schedules.

But my experience today takes the cake.  If I was loyal to Marcelo before, I am LOYAL to Marcelo and Americas Travel now and so are all the friends traveling with me today.

Scheduled to fly to Guatemala this morning with some friends to help build a school and spend some time enjoying the country.  Nightmare experience when we arrived at the SFO.  We barely made it for the cutoff time of checking in but, even though we were there in time, the devil airline refused to check us in and we had people depending on our arrival to work on the school project.  Not only did the freakishly terrible airline refuse to check us in, they refused to help us get on the next flight to Guatemala City.  We were told they would not be able to get us on a flight for a couple of days and each one of us would need to pay $583 for the transfer and new flight fees.

Enter Marcelo. Americas Travel has Saturday hours. thank goodness!  After beating my head against a brick wall for hours trying to have a rational conversation with the airline agents, I finally gave up and headed to Americas Travel to wait patiently for their 10:30 am Saturday morning opening.

In 10 minutes, Marcelo took care of EVERYTHING.  We went from stressing out over when and IF we could afford to get to Guatemala to being on the next flight with NO CHANGE IN PRICE.

Absolutely amazing.  Can t say thank you or recommend them enough!

    The Lazy Wanderer in Provence

By Beth on 4 Nov 2015

    Rating for this holiday

What a pleasure to embark on a walking tour where all of the logistical decisions and arrangements have been made for you, all of the routes figured out in advance, such that all you have to do is show up and enjoy. I was made to feel so welcome by my hosts, and imagined myself at times a princess in a chateau (even though I did not stay in a chateau), or a lady in a country manor house circa 1870. My time was entirely my own, whether I chose to spend an hour taking photographs in one village or whether I chose to sit on a rock and write in my journal before making my descent into the valley and continuing on the walk. I enjoyed the perfect combination of nature, village life, country life, exercise, solitude, and the right amount of community with people from other countries on my 6-day adventure. I would do it all again in a heartbeat.

Alpha travel is the worst. This has been the absolute worst experience EVER. -0 STARS:(((. NICK AMIN HAS DECIEVED,LIED AND Ultimately put me, my wife and unborn child at the time of the honeymoon but now 11 months old in harms way with no regard to are welfare. A honeymoon package bought from Nick Amin to Puerto Rico over a year ago that ended up in itself to be a disaster due to his negligence and poor follow through has now come back to haunt us again with an 1130.00 dollar debit taken from my wife s acct over a year later from the car rental that we prepaid him for and he has taken over 2 months saying he will take care of it. In the meantime my wife has lost her bank acct due to the ignorance of this man and Alpha travel. We will be contacting the BBB and filing a lawsuit Monday. Please DO NOT USE ALPHA TRAVEL. NICK AMIN IS HORRIBLE!

I am giving one star, but in reality I would give zero. Nick Amin at Alpha Travel is the worst travel agent in the WORLD. He promised my husband and I Upgrades and extra amenities for our honeymoon vacation that he did not come thru with. He is a liar and very umprofessional, he did not respond to my emails/phonecalls at all when I tried to reach him. I will never use Alpha travel agency again thanks to NICK AMIN. He needs to find another profession like flipping burgers at mcdonalds.

Cambodia travel guide – hotel, guesthouse and restaurant reviews, entertainment, attractions

    #cambodia travel

    Top 10 destinations

    What not to miss

Survey the World Heritage listed ruins of Angkor Wat. Take a sunset cruise off Phnom Penh. Visit the remnants of the Khmer Rouge regime. Eat fresh crab at coastal Kep. Trek through the jungle in remote Rattanakiri.

    When to visit

The most popular time to go is between November and February. There is little rain and it isn’t too hot. The wet season runs from May to October and isn’t the best time for a Cambodian beach holiday. The wet does keep the crowds at bay and Angkor is wonderful in the wet season, so it isn’t all bad. April is scorchingly hot.

    Trivia

Cambodian pop music features prominently in the music of Dengue Fever, a six-member band from the United States, who combine it with psychedelic rock.

    Jump to a destination

For decades off limits to all but the most intrepid travellers, today Southeast Asia’s Cambodia is a popular destination for all kinds of folks: from independent backpackers who roam far into the hinterland to luxury tourists who stay in style and see Cambodia’s main drawcards between massages and exquisite French meals.

The ancient temple complex of Angkor Wat is Cambodia’s national treasure. The nearby city of Siem Reap has developed dramatically since the days when Angelina Jolie filmed Tomb Raider here and fell in love with the nation.

While some lament the discovery of Angkor by the masses, the site is still breathtaking and Siem Reap offers all of the comforts one could wish for on any budget. Those with more than a day or two to spend in the Angkor area will find a host of more obscure ancient temples and monuments which can be fascinating in their own right.

Many do simply holiday at Angkor and travel no further, but Cambodia has a lot more to showcase. Consider as well a break on the lazy white-sand beaches of Sihanoukville. a stay at a stylish resort in resurging coastal Kep. or a tour to the atmospheric, mist-shrouded Bokor Hill Station for a taste of Cambodia’s 1960s heyday. Meanwhile, several of Cambodia’s islands have emerged as terrific alternatives to the more developed Thai islands.

Many write off Phnom Penh. yet it’s a beautiful city, with a stunning colonial heritage, a gorgeous riverside promenade featuring a glittering palace, and a great selection of restaurants and bars.

Shopping here has taken off: trawl the stalls of the Russian market for “antique” finds, wispy organza fabrics and chic ceramics, stop in a few boutiques for home-grown designer clothes and get some leather shoes handcrafted at a bargain price at one of the city’s skilled cobblers.

The reminders of the horrific genocide perpetrated by Cambodia’s Khmer Rouge make for harrowing but essential viewing: do see Tuol Sleng and make a trip to the Killing Fields just outside the city for a sobering aside to your travels as you pause to remember the atrocities humans are capable of committing.

Rome Travel Guide – Rome Travel Tips and Reviews #supermarket #travel

    Rome

The capital city in the land of Leonardo, Michelangelo and the popes is today a living museum with gorgeous artwork, amazing architecture and inspiring ancient sites — yet at the same time it is alive and vibrant in a 21st-century way. It’s an unforgettable city to visit, and we’ll warn you right now: once you’ve experienced it, you’ll want to come back for more.

One of our favorite things to do here is walk and ogle. On a recent visit, we took one day to do the route from Vatican City and St. Peter’s Basilica, with its jaw-dropping art and statuary (not to mention religious significance), to Via del Corso, where our pursuit of the latest Italian fashions was more than fulfilled amidst the well-dressed crowd of Roman shoppers. And then the next day we went on an ancient history quest past ruins and columns, traversing the same streets Julius Caesar strode (and rode) to the Colosseum, where gladiators once battled. Then, walking on, we were awed by the Pantheon, the well-preserved ancient symbol of Rome and now a great hangout spot.

    Photos: 11 Unforgettable Italy Experiences

Many first-time visitors, envisioning Rome as big and congested, will be surprised by the scenic layout, with its famous seven hills and the Tiber River running through the city. But your senses may be shocked by the general energy and hustle and bustle. With cars, taxis and scooters roaring here and there, crossing the street can be a challenge (don’t worry, there are quiet piazzas aplenty with lovely cafes where you can get away from it all and unwind).

The food is, of course, wonderful — we can’t eat enough pasta — and the spirit of la dolce vita (the good life) abounds. Whenever we do such a quest in Rome, we do regular gelato stops (try the yummy pine nut flavor) or coffee breaks because “when in Rome. ” And the shopping scene serves up Prada, Gucci, Armani and more (high style can be found in more affordable brands like Furla as well). What could be better than that?

    Travel Insurance Star Ratings Awards

Travel is part of life these days. Whether it s for business or the pleasure of exploring new countries or visiting friends and family interstate, it s wonderful to be able to do so with such ease. Just as travel comes with its own set of unique experiences, it also comes with some pitfalls which many don t think about until they actually happen.

The best hedge against the unexpected is travel insurance. It s a must whether you re flying interstate or overseas. In fact, the government, on its SmartTraveller website, says in no uncertain terms: If you can t afford travel insurance, you can t afford to travel . These days, affordability is not the issue. The cost of premiums is a tiny fraction of what you will pay for the whole trip. And the peace of mind travel insurance gives you is immense.

There are subtle differences in policies so how do you know what suits your circumstances? It can be puzzling and the wrong policy is not much better than having no cover at all. Every year, CANSTAR looks at eligible travel insurance policies in two categories Domestic and International to see how they perform for different types of travelers flying to various popular destinations.

Price is certainly important but it s not everything. The policy needs to cover essential areas and not leave you stranded when you need it the most. This year, we compare 229 policies from 73 insurers to find who offers outstanding value Domestic and International Travel Insurance.

Our comparison is designed to help you enjoy your travels every time.

Fantastic service.  Francisco helped me coordinate travel for a friend and myself in Turkey.  It was a multi-leg trip where my friend was meeting me in Istanbul, then we would continue on to Cappadocia, then Olundeniz, and then go our separate ways.  Francisco was very helpful and patient as we tried to get everything lined up for the best prices (e.g. booking things on my own was at least $1000 more than what Francisco got for me).  He was always very quick to respond to questions and concerns.

During my trip, there was an error and there was a problem with my return tickets.  I wasn t too concerned because up until this point everything Francisco had done would indicate that he would do everything he could to resolve the situation to my satisfaction.  He put me up in a very nice hotel in Instanbul while the situation was resolved (woohoo, extended vacation) and then got me home on the next available flight.

I would highly recommend using Francisco and ALFA Travel to anyone taking a vacation.  Great service, communication, and prices.  I am definitely going to be a repeat customer.

I am really sad to see the bad reviews and hope that people will give World Travel another chance.  Our family has been going to them for the past almost 8 years.  They have always been professional and eager to find cheaper tickets for us.  Everytime we give them our travel plans, they will tell us honestly when would be cheaper and what flight would be best.  4 years ago, I had booked 2 tickets to China for my bf and myself.  2 months prior to our set date, my grandma passed away.  I called them in the middle of the night asking for a change in my flight and they got back to me early in the AM.  There was a small increase in the flight since I was going in the middle of summer instead of fall but they made up for it by rushing our Visa and preparing everything for us!  They are great people and they truely do care.

horrible, awful.  Joe gave me a price on Friday for international travel, told me the price was good for 3 days.  I called him Friday evening, to purchase the tickets and to give him the exact names on the passport.  He told me just send him an email.  Had to follow up with him myself on Monday.  He didn t bother.

Then he tells me that the tickets are now much more, because the airlines increased the prices over the weekend.   For the 3 of us, that s over $1000 increase total.

I am incredibly pissed off.  He guaranteed the price for 3 days, that s apparently a lie.  If they were a reputable business, they should stick to his words, and the original price.  I could have bought the tickets Friday from another agency, he quoted me the better price Friday, compared to the other agency.

A good, honest, reputable business would stick to their words.  They are either total liars or just have no clue what the airlines were doing.  The other agency told me their prices were only good through midnight Friday.   Either way, this could happen to you too.

My son and his brother are using this company to travel to NC. A one way ticket is $60.00 I guess that reasonable.

The bus was originally suppose to leave at 8 pm upon my arrival at 7 pm. I was informed the bus was now leaving at 9 pm.

But guess what the bus still isn t here, every time I ask the person at the counter where the bus is I m being told it will be here any minute. I swear if that man says that one more time I may be inclined to slap him. The bus finally arrived at 9:45 pm.

The only I like about this company is the fact that they have assigned sitting.

I m happy to report my son arrived safely to North Carolina

5 Best Websites for Booking Caribbean Travel Deals Reviews #best #airfare

Caribbean Travel Deals”> Best. Websites. Ever.

    Caribbean Travel Deals

    SPOT MORE COOL STUFF:

Arranging a trip to the Caribbean online? There are lots of general travel websites—Travelocity. Expedia and Funjet Vacations among them—that cover the Caribbean along with the rest of the planet. But many of the best deals, and much of the most useful planning information, are found on websites that specialize in the Caribbean. Here are our countdown review of the five best:

    #5 Caribbean Way

Caribbean Way lists private homes and multi-bedroom villas available for rent. Think of it as a combination of VRBO and BedandBreakfast.com. but focused exclusively on luxury properties. Along with your rental your get access to a concierge who can cook for you, pre-stock your villa, pick you up at the airport or arrange for tours and activities.

Don t miss: The selection of private islands. Note that if you rent Necker Island you are required to invite the Spot Cool Stuff staff to come along.

    Caribbean Travel Deals” />

    #4 Cruise Direct

You can use Cruise Direct to book cruises all over the world, but the site has an especially large selection of Caribbean sailings. In addition to offering discount prices and not charging a booking fee, every reservation comes with a bonus—an on-board credit or extra discount or the like.

Don t miss: The cabin and deck floor plans.

    #3 Island Routes

Booking websites are usually about arranging the logistics of travel. But actual travel—the reason why you go and what you ll remember long after you get back is—is about getting to know your destination and having fun while there. That s why we love Island Routes . The website finds cool activities in seven Caribbean countries and then offers them at discount prices. Swim with the Dolphins in Jamaica. embark on a seaside scavenger hunt around Turks Caicos or dive in a submarine off Barbados. (Yes, the sub does have windows.) The activity options on Island Routes are almost universally interesting and less expensive when booked on the website than in-person at your destination.

Caribbean Travel Deals” alt=”travel websites Best. Websites. Ever.

    #2 Sandals Beaches

Sandals and Beaches are each a group of Caribbean resorts owned by the same company. Sandals is for adults only. Beaches is for families with children. Both claim to be luxury included. That is, not only is food and lodging included in your rate but also drinks, activities and airport transportation.

Caribbean Travel Deals” title=”Best Websites for Booking Caribbean Travel Deals: Sandals and Beaches All-Inclusive Resorts” width=”310″ height=”375″ class=”alignright size-full wp-image-1922″ /> Spot Cool Stuff was dubious (to say the least) of the luxury included claim until we went and inspect several Beaches and Sandals properties for ourselves. They really do make it possible to enjoy a luxurious beach vacation without ever pulling out your wallet. Not only is food included but outstanding gourmet food. Lobster, anyone? Drinks are top shelf brands. Unlimited golfing is included on quality, professional courses. Unlimited scuba is included too. So are concerts, water sports (motorized and not) and excursions to private islands. So are all tips and taxes (which are not insubstantial in most Caribbean countries). For a chill, easy, romantic luxury vacation, there s no easier and higher-quality way.

Don t miss: The deals! A stay at a Sandals or Beaches resort is a high-end experience and comes with a correspondingly high-end price. But both brands—especially Sandals—seem to always have special offers, many of which can be combined. Deals include discounts, free nights and/or airfare credits. At the time of writing, Sandals was offering a Companion Flies Free promotion on their US/international website and 35% off plus upgrade promotions on their UK/Europe site.

    #1 Cheap Caribbean

Caribbean Travel Deals” title=”Best Website Award by Spot Cool Stuff” width=”260″ height=”216″ class=”alignright size-full wp-image-2001″ /> Cheap Caribbean is the single best website for finding Caribbean travel deals. Even if you don t plan to book your trip online, the website is well worth a visit for the resort reviews and destination information. But it is the discounted prices on hotels, cruises, vacation packages and all-inclusive resorts that will keep you coming back to the site. All their prices are guaranteed to be the lowest publicly available—find a better one and Cheap Caribbean will match it plus give you a $150 credit.

If your travel plans are flexible, definitely check out Cheap Caribbean s hot deals page. If it s your first time booking on the site don t forget to claim your $50 newbie booking bonus .

    1 check-in

This place is fine if you don t expect too much.  It is old and definitely feels it.  The room was spacious enough.  It is relatively cheap and if you do not spend much time in your room like we do, then it is a good value.  It is near Millennium Park, the Art Institute, and other great Chicago attractions.  With this place it is all about location.

    Cheapest in the area

    Cons:

Literally everything else. It s an old hotel, sure. However, everything inside feels like it was obtained from a second-hand store. The room feels really dirty. The wifi stays connected for maybe 15 seconds at a time (with one bar as well), then disconnects for a few minutes. A speed test revealed around 0.5 Mbps download with 0.7 Mbps upload when I was connected; there are no hard line connections in the room either, so forget trying to do anything online unless you use their station in the lobby or you have a great data plan. The bathroom smelled like mold and there were stains on the mirror. There was a flat screen tv, but a basic cable connection with spotty reception (FOX came in like it was coming through rabbit ears and some channels didn t come in at all). The rooms are not sound deadened, so you can hear everything going on around like people talking in the halls and the El going by every 5 minutes. Most of the staff is rude as well, and parking is quite expensive.

Top 311 Complaints and Reviews about #kyak #travel

    #book airfare
    #

    Airfare.com

Online since 1996, Airfare.com offers cheap flights and cheap hotels reservations. Airfare.com offers specially negotiated, deeply discounted airline tickets up to 70% off.

    Consumer Complaints Reviews

This is a long and involved story but suffice to say, Airfare.com have swindled me out of roughly $3800 over the last 18 months. I booked a flight from New Orleans to Australia about 18 months ago and found I was unable to fly about 2 weeks before my flight was due to depart. After lengthy negotiations with Airfare.com and the airlines I was supposed to fly with (who were helpful but unable to do anything since the booking was through a third party), I was able to keep my credit and change my flights, at great expense of course (I think the fee to change my booking was somewhere in the order of $800). While this was prohibitively expensive, since the original flight was also pricey (several thousand dollars), it seemed worthwhile.

Cut to a few weeks ago, when I found out through my lawyer that I would be unable to fly due to my current visa status. Essentially, leaving the United States at this time could result in me being disallowed to re-enter the country, so in her own words “it’s not worth the risk”. I try to do the right thing and contact Airfare.com to let them know I need to cancel, not really expecting to get any credit back. More than anything, I was trying to do right by this company and the airline. It’s a pain when passengers no-show. So I call the number of the Airfare.com website. The first THREE times I call, I’m put through to a customer service rep who, after saying ‘hello’, doesn’t speak to me at all. I don’t know if the call dropped (it was still connected?) or whether they just didn’t feel like working. But either way, by the fourth time I called, I was pretty annoyed.

I tried to explain the situation to the customer service rep who seemed more interested in talking over the top of me. He told me in no uncertain terms that I could NOT get any credit back on the flight and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, he initially refused. It wasn’t until I told him very calmly and firmly that I knew I was entitled to speak to a supervisor that he finally put me on hold and transferred me. By the time the supervisor got on the line, I had decided that there was no reason for me to speak to another rude, helpful person in a call center on the other side of the world. Previous reviewers are right, it’s near impossible to speak to a fluent English speaker who works for this company. When I asked the supervisor if I could be transferred to someone in an office in the United States, she simply said “No”. About 5 times.

Finally, she told me to just email. At this point, I was so annoyed that I agreed. Not only was the connection bad/muffled but nobody spoke anything better than broken English. And they seemed more interested in reciting a script than listening to what I was actually asking them. Email seemed preferable. Upon emailing Airfare.com, I was told that I would have to pay A CANCELLATION FEE. I didn’t get around to finding out how much the fee was because at this point, I firmly emailed them back and told them “Haha, no way. I’ll just no-show if that’s the case.” They then proceeded to call ME about 6 times even though each time, I told them very firmly that I was not going to pay to cancel my flight and that I would appreciate if they stopped calling me.

Finally, I called Delta and Virgin to find out if I could do anything on their end. Guess what? They had NO RECORD of my booking. I am not currently listed in their system (as of today, November 9 2015), despite the fact that I am supposed to fly out of the United States on a Delta/Virgin flight on November 30th. In the words of the Delta rep, “your third party hasn’t paid us for the flights yet”. Even though I booked over 18 months ago. Right. In short, AVOID. This company says they are based in Washington, they are not. They are based in India. It’s impossible to speak with someone who is fluent in English. They will give you the runaround and charge you excess fees whenever they can. And it seems like even if I had turned up to the airport and tried to board my flight on the 30th, there’s a good chance the airline would have had no record of me as a passenger! Not worth it. I wish Kayak would stop using them as a suggested third party.

Came here from Maryland for the first time and i just had to stock up on halal food and cheeses and za3taar. They have so much variety and all the staff are friendly and helpful, not to mention beautiful mashallah. If you re looking for Lebanese food to buy in bulk, this is the place. I spent about 3 hours here and im still going back today!

There are some unique products and great prices. But nothing can compensate for the terrible customer service and a dirty store.

The chaos and mess in the parking lot are a good sign of what s inside.  And good luck finding a shopping cart that functions properly.

On three occasions I ve seen their employees park their vehicles right near the front and go in to start their shift. That s a reflection on management. These stores keep popping up and it appears they have the market cornered, which explains management s apathy.

Many employees are rude and poorly trained.

The food service counter has a number system in place, but it is never used. Instead, you have pushy customers with zero social skills walking up and placing their order, oblivious to the swell of people waiting in line. What s worse is the employees allow it.

I ll have to find a new source for my hummus.

    Great Lakes Airlines Reviews

    Great Lakes Airlines Reviews

Greatness is attained, it is something you climb uphill for and fight for, There are great airlines and there are mediocre ones. The trick is to weed out the good from the bad in time before it is too late, before you become really frustrated.

This Great Lakes Airlines review tackles the comments given by Great Lakes Airlines’ passengers who had experienced the airline firsthand. The honesty revealed in their testimonies is the backbone of the existent Great Lakes Airlines reviews which we thereby use.

    A Briefing on their Background

The co-founders behind Great Lakes Airlines are Doug Voss and Ivan Simpson whose airline commenced in 1977. Headquartered at Cheyenne, Wyoming, the airline has bases throughout the country. It has a fleet size of 28 flying to 21 destinations. Its CEO is Mr. Charles “Chuck” Howell.

Some Great Lakes Airlines reviews discuss how great in general the airline is. On the other hand, other Great Lakes Airlines reviews are negative, citing the uncomfortable interiors or customer service. Reaching them poses problems and they do not seem to know how to handle certain situations. Approaching them is usually due to a cancellation and a subsequent refund, with which Great Lakes Airlines stands aloof, unyielding and a turn-off.

    Their Official Website

Their site begins with their logo which for some reason reminds one of an open mouth. You can’t help but appreciate the formality and attention to detail that their crew put into  making their website.  A profusion of deep blues, rich reds and calming greys, the website communicates professionalism, best seen when actually using oneself and putting into practice.

From their homepage, you can book a flight and check your flight information. The rest of the content vary in importance. It can be said that they are highly selective in the categories on their page. They are evidently highly organised and we can safely assume that this manner communicated to their actual performance as airplanes and airlines.

Once you visit their magazine site called Peaks Plains at glapeaksandplains.com, you’ll be taken into an entirely different atmosphere compared to the website proper. The format changed radically, the ambiance too. Since this online magazine is a product of the airline and not a close service, it has to represent the information in it in a certain way and this it does through highly engrossing photography and genre-bending articles all within arms’ reach in flight. You can opt to take the magazine with you if you please.

Links to various sections of their customer service are here.

    Contact information

    Could Use Improvement

Great Lakes could be better, there’s not much you can do about their website which is fine as it is. What they could improve on is their image, they seem to rest on their laurels and only passingly consider authentic Great Lakes reviews. With this airline, we can only wait for more good Great Lakes reviews.

    Fantastic

    Sep 04, 2013

Did you find this review helpful? Yes No

Safe and comfortable option for travel to Egypt

I have been meaning to write this review for a while, we travelled in August 2012. We were fortunate to go at this time because there were so few tourists at all of the popular destinations.

Overall the accommodation at each destination was very impressive. We’ve gone on tours in Europe for a similar amount of money with a much lower standard of accommodation. All of the hotels were 4 star quality at least. Naturally the hotels had fantastic breakfasts to start us off. Overall, the food was above average, but definitely not anything special. We were on our own for many of the dinners. We relied on our guide for recommendations when we could, but it was pretty hit or miss when we were on our own.

The first couple days in Cairo were definitely the highlight of the trip. We started the tour in Cairo at the Egyptian Museum, which is the most comprehensive museum I’ve ever been to. It seemed like every Egyptian artifact was crammed into this massive building. King Tut’s famous tomb is here and was a sight in and of itself. We later saw the pyramids and spent some time in the amazing markets shopping for Egyptian cotton and other handmade goods. Having a comprehensive guide with us in the museum and at the pyramids was priceless.

Egypt definitely didn’t feel like a country that had just gone through a revolution. All of the people were friendly to tourists and it seemed like they were just happy that tourists weren’t scared to come see their beautiful country.

The tour was a lot more comfortable and luxurious than I expected which was a nice surprise. The only problem was that it was over 40 degrees Celsius every day. I’d definitely recommend this trip in the summer as it is less expensive and less crowded (as long as you can stand the extreme heat!)

    Business VoIP Reviews and Ratings

What Should I Look for in a Business VoIP Review?

Consumers should research and compare VoIP providers before signing up for a plan.

First off, we vet all our reviews closely. We adhere rigorously to our submission guidelines. so you can research with confidence.

That being said, there are still some things you should consider when reading reviews on business VoIP providers .

    1. How many reviews the provider has.
    2. The total number of stars.
    3. How the provider ranks over time.
    4. The individual ratings.
    5. Percentage of recommendations from users.

Most of the reviews are for Hosted VoIP providers. Hosted VoIP is the most common application of VoIP technology. With Hosted VoIP, a business owner leases access to a VoIP provider’s VoIP servers and calling network in exchange for being able to call on the phone. It is also sometimes referred to as Hosted PBX or Cloud Communications .

Since VoIP companies provide a service. it’s important to know how well they deliver. That’s why we’re here: to give you business VoIP reviews and hosted VoIP reviews from real VoIP users.

All VoIP Provider Reviews in One Location

VoipReview has Hundreds of user-submitted reviews to make comparing VoIP providers easy.

Older, more established providers have more reviews than newer VoIP companies. This doesn’t mean that the new companies are worse or that the old companies are better. That’s why we have included a graph of the user’s average rating over time for individual providers. This way, users can see how a provider has performed over time .

However, you can feel more comfortable with your decision should you choose a provider with more reviews – we understand this.

Using our user reviews can be a great way to get insider knowledge on providers. They’re also a great way through which you can share your VoIP experience. Be sure to contribute your review today!

How Are Reviews Compiled on VoipReview?

Users like you rate VoIP providers on sound quality, reliability, features, customer service, and price.

We allow users to rate and review their business VOIP provider with 5 criteria. We then combine these scores into one overall rating to spit out the overall star rating for each of the SIP-enabled, virtual pbx, or hosted VoIP review:

Basically, people have given their opinion of the providers in regards to these five categories. The higher the specific category is rated, the better that reviewers opinion of the VoIP company’s service. Makes sense, right?

Reviewers have the ability to add a ‘would recommend’ or ‘would not recommend’ suggestion to their reviews. On providers with many older reviews, these statistics can be a bit skewed; but on providers with newer reviews, these are a great, quick way to see our community’s overall opinion.

Write your own Business VoIP review

    Contribute your VoIP experience today!

Do you have a personal experience to share about one of our VoIP providers? Let us know. Your reviews are used to rate these business VoIP providers, and help others make their VoIP selection.

Find the provider you’d like to review with our search function or by using one of our compare tables. Click on the “Review” links on the VoIP provider’s page and register your account – after that, add your review!

Please keep in mind that each user gets to add one review per provider.

Vivint Reviews: How Does Vivint Rank in 2017? #vivint #home #security

    Vivint home security review

    PROS

    Sleek Contemporary Equipment
    100% Wireless Systems
    Available ASAP (Same-Day Installation)
    Lifetime Warranty
    Cellular and/or Landline Connections
    Remote Access (Mobile App)
    Indoor/Outdoor Video Cameras
    Doorbell Camera with Two-Way Voice
    Environmental Disaster Protection
    Home Automation

    CONS

    Requires Pro Installation
    Activation Fee
    Above-Average Monthly Cost
    Long-Term Contract
    Trial May be Short

    Overview

Vivint emphasizes the benefits of home automation for shoppers with medium and higher budgets for home security. Their 100% wireless systems are professionally installed rather than do-it-yourself, and a technician connects each system to a powerful cell radio network and/or landline to reach emergency monitors. Vivint’s three monitoring plans all support essential protection against home invasion and environmental dangers such as fire and carbon monoxide. Additionally, the top two plans can support video security and home automation with voice commands for remote control of lights and door locks. Customers sign either four-year or five-year contracts.

The newest Vivint security systems use the 7” touchscreen Vivint Sky control panel. This control panel connects with cutting-edge components from top brands, and each component is repaired/replaced for free if needed. Vivint Sky control panels can connect with these and other devices: entryway sensors, motion detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, pipe freeze sensors, doorbell cameras with two-way voice, indoor cameras, outdoor cameras and thermostats.

Each Vivint security system can use cell radio and/or a landline to send emergency alerts. The company has its own monitoring centers (instead of outsourcing) and in 2014 reported an average call response time of ten seconds.

Vivint is headquartered in Utah. The company began as APX Security in 1997. It partnered with the banking firm Goldman Sachs in 1998 and was acquired by the global investment firm Blackstone Group in 2012. Vivint is not a member of the Better Business Bureau.

    Customer Service

Vivint s customer service has greatly improved over the past couple of years. The company s door-to-door sales agents once earned Vivint a reputation for being aggressive with sales. Worse, Attorneys General for multiple US states had reason to file charges for misrepresentation and deceptive sales tactics. Not long ago the company had thousands of pending complaints and a low rating from the Better Business Bureau… but today the Vivint BBB rating has climbed to a B. A more transparent pricing structure introduced in January 2017 is partially responsible for the drop in customer complaints.

    Value

Before 2017 Vivint customers paid monthly for monitoring but never actually owned their security equipment. Today eligible Vivint customers can eventually own their security equipment with interest-free financing. Vivint Flex Pay splits the monthly bill payment into one section for monitoring and another for the control panel and sensors. Customers make payments over four or five years depending on where they reside or do business.

The two monitoring options with Vivint Flex Pay are:

    • Smart Protect: Basic home protection (burglary/environmental) at $39.99/month for monitoring plus equipment financing
    • Smart Protect and Control: Basic home protection plus two or more special security features of the customer’s choice for $49.99/month plus equipment financing

Choices for special security features include:

    • Doorbell camera
    • Door lock with remote control
    • Remote (online) garage door control
    • Remote thermostat control
    • High definition indoor video recording
    • Outdoor video surveillance

A minimum credit score of 600 is required. Customers who do not qualify for financing (and/or are not interested in equipment ownership) can opt for monitoring-only contracts.

Note that potential Vivint customers have the power to negotiate prices. For example, when a potential Vivint customer already has a contract with another home security provider, the Vivint sales agent has the power to offer a buyout to cover up to 12 months of the contract. However, the more months they cover, the less bonus a sales agent receives personally. This isn’t the case with all alarm companies. New Vivint customers might also negotiate waivers for doorbell camera installation, outdoor camera installation and other charges.

    Equipment

Vivint home security systems feature Vivint Sky 2.0 control panels with 7” touchscreens. Each control panel oversees entryway sensors, at least one motion detector, and at least one environmental sensor such as a smoke alarm. Additionally, video cameras and cutting-edge home automation features are available with top Vivint plans. Here are lists of Vivint security system functions and features.

    • Touchscreen Control Panel that “Learns”
    • Two-Way Voice for Emergency
    • Keyfob with Arm/Disarm, Panic and Custom Button
    • Panic Button
    • Panic Pendant
    • Entry Sensors
    • Garage Door Sensors
    • Glass Break Sensors
    • Motion Detectors
    • Carbon Monoxide Detectors
    • Smoke and Heat Sensors
    • Water Leak/Flood Sensors
    • Freeze Sensors

    Video Cameras
Cloud storage is included with monitoring plans for Vivint customers who use video security.

    • Fixed Indoor Camera
    • Pan and Tilt Indoor Camera
    • Outdoor Camera
    • Doorbell Camera with Voice and Mobile Access
    • Keypad Door Locks
    • Remote Light Control
    • Remote Thermostat Control

    Features & Technology

Vivint security systems stand out for cutting-edge technology. Here are some favorite features.

    Doorbell Camera
Create the effect that you’re home! Vivint’s doorbell camera lets the owner view and speak with visitors via a mobile app. The Vivint doorbell camera provides streaming video and also supports two-way voice.

    Customizable Remote
Vivint and other wireless security companies provide remote controls that fit on keyrings. The typical remote can arm/disarm the system and also has a panic button. Additionally, the Vivint remote lets users set a custom function such as locking doors or adjusting lights.

    Video Cameras
Vivint monitors a variety of indoor and outdoor security cameras. Video can be live-streamed to their mobile app and saved to cloud storage.

    Voice-Activated Home Automation
Vivint home automation is enhanced with Amazon Echo voice technology. Using biometric voice recognition, a Vivint system can respond to commands that control home temperature, lighting, locks and more.

    Nest Thermostat
The Nest thermostat works with Vivint home automation to add convenience, comfort and cost savings. Vivint’s newest control panel can work with the Nest thermostat to make customized recommendations about settings to lower your bills while keeping you comfortable.

    Ease of Use

Vivint’s wireless security systems are installed by professionals to ensure expert set-up. Customers use well-designed 7” touchscreen control panels with large icons and clear text. For added simplicity, Vivint’s top plans support mobile app control and voice recognition. With voice recognition, you can simply say “I’m going to bed” to automatically lock your doors, arm your security system and adjust lights throughout your home. A customizable keychain remote also helps make Vivint home automation and security easy to use.

    Summary

Vivint is a top choice for customers seeking professionally installed home security with advanced automation. Sales practices in the past damaged the company’s reputation but it remains a leader in innovative home protection. If you want the latest home automation technologies and don’t mind signing a long-term agreement, then Vivint could be your best match in home security.

XARELTO: Side effects, ratings, and patient comments #xarelto #prescriptions, #reviews, #rankings,

    Drug Ratings for XARELTO

    Joint pain, itching, hoarseness

I was prescribed Xarelto after an ankle fusion to prevent clots (run in the family, no movement in leg for 3 months). I’m really disappointed with the extra joint pain, when I just had surgery to correct the pain I am having from severe osteo-arthritis. Overall, I guess the medicine is effective, does its job, but the side effects suck. Period.

I was put on Xarelto for provoked blood clots in my leg that went to my lungs. I just had my 1 month checkup and Dr. said the clots look good. So the drug worked on that. But let me tell you the hell I went through. 3 weeks of the worst joint pain I have ever had. I could only walk if I had to. And my knees would not bend. My knees bend about 90 degrees now but being unable to walk for three weeks left me with a lot of muscle lose. I can walk with a cane and the muscles are getting stronger but please don’t put yourself through this. If you feel joint pain talk to your doctor and try something else. You should know in a day or two.

Uncontrollable jerking, drop in BP, general feeling of illness.

Research shows it can cause internal bleeding for which they have no antidote as other blood thinners have. US families successful prosecution for killing family members. Stopped it for several days and felt much better. GP insists it’s okay. He is wrong.

    5 weeks
    25mg 1X D

hives/rash around torso, under arms, crook of elbow, lower back, thighs with intense itching, seems to make my skin extremely sensitive, can’t even have bedsheet on me. stomach feels sore, headaches, and tired feeling

am taking less and less of this drug to wean myself off w/o any bad effects, now taking every other day and soon bye-bye Xarelto

    3 months
    20MG 1X D

Multiple idiopathic DVT and 2 PEs

At first, the 20 mg elevated my creatinine in my blood when I had routine blood work done. I dropped down to 15 mg and levels went down to normal range.

A Godsend. Was on Coumadin for 5 years and was never therapeutic and actually had 4 more blood clots in my calves while in Coumadin in 5 years while on that rat poison. Xarelto has been great. Never had a blood on Xarelto (knock on wood) No side effects at all other than always being cold, which I had on Coumadin, as well. So thankful for this drug. No monthly (or more) testing and always therapeutic and no diet restrictions! It’s about time they made something better and less antiquated than Coumadin!

I have terrible muscle and joint aches, gained weight yet have no appetite, extreme fatigue and brain fog. Until I started taking this medication, I was an active and healthy 40 y/o however I found out I suffer from MTHFR, which is a genetic condition which causes my blood to clot, and ever since I have felt as though my body is at least 20 years older than it is. My doctor doesn’t seem to listen or care about my side effects. I’ve never been sick in my life and now I feel like I have the flu every single day.

I wish I never would’ve started this medication and have requested my doctor put me on something different however he is reluctant to do so.

    clotting, factor v leiden, lupus

Bruises take a long time to heal, but what do you expect! And I don’t really cut or injure myself, so that’s not a problem.

I LOVE XARELTO. I didn’t want to go on a blood thinner at all and this option was perfect for me to get started. Coumadin, that rat poison, was off the table. Now, I did have a couple of “episodes” called TIAs while on Xarelto because I hate taking medicine and would forget to take my pill. for instance, one weekend, took it Thursday night, didn’t take it Friday night or Saturday night, then took it at 10pm Sunday night, got up Monday morning for work and at 8am had an incapacitating TIA. You definitely have to take it right. ER doctors hate this drug for some reason. My husband would tell them I take Xarelto and they’d trash the drug bc there I was proof it didn’t work. Of course when I came around I didn’t own up to not taking it properly. I’m sorry Xarelto. I did fess up with my regular doctors though. My doctors warned me about riding roller coasters, etc. but I did anyways, never had any problems. It is a great drug and like taking a placebo. No issues at all.

    prevent blood clots

I think they were 15 mg. I developed a rash and itching so my doc told me to stop taking it, but the rash and itching continued and became very severe. All over legs, feet, hands and arms. Doctor was treating with prednisone and benadryl with no relief. When it spread to my back after 7 weeks (by this time I was horrible looking, red welts, itching so bad I couldn’t sleep) I went to a dermatologist who said it was from Xarelto, it has a long half life or something, gave me a huge shot of steroids and a prescription, steroid lotions and it finally went away. I will never touch this med again, I suffered.

    3 days
    15 mg 2X D

I took Coumadin for one year after embolisms back in 2010. The INR testing was a pain but lived to tell about it. Been on xarelto for 2 months and am miserable. Terrible joint and muscle pain, leg swelling, weights gain, insomnia! I can’t live like this so will revert to Coumadin.

Intense headaches (AND I never get headaches) intense muscle aches, intense joint pain. Pain in muscles and joints had become crippling.

I had to take Gavipentin and Norco in an attempt to stifle the pain caused by this drug, which provided some relief, but I shouldn’t have to take drugs to try to cancel out the negative effects of this drug. I have discontinued the drug and never want to go back to it. It was sheer hell of Xarelto.

    2 months
    30 1X D

Not every online University is incompetent; certainly, I know that Capella is very competent. It is also worth noting that an online university is not for everyone. Rasmussen College Consumer Reviews

    Amazing, Online, College Experience

    By Mack – 06/20/2014

BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA — I graduated high school in 2005 where I was an AP and honor roll student. Of course, I went straight into college. However, my father came down with cancer and I moved back home after about a few years. After his fight, he ended up losing his battle. Meanwhile, I lost my personal cheerleader. So, I didn’t have the motivation to go back to school, and I joined the work force.

Despite not having a college education, I climbed the corporate ladder very quickly no matter where I worked. Finally, I started working for a company where I had the time to not only enjoy with my social life but extra time I knew I could use to go back to school. After speaking with several different colleges, Rasmussen College is the only, and I mean only one, college that did not harass me like I was trying to purchase a car. When I said I needed a few months to think about it, they didn’t even contact me. I had told the same thing to another college, but I ended up in their automated dialer system.

Finally, I ended up speaking with an enrollment representative and getting enrolling as a student of Rasmussen College despite all the bad reviews that I read, which I am glad I did. Not only does their staff have industry experience in the courses they are teaching, they accept the fact their students may have industry experience as well, and welcome it.

Some professors in my first years of college would completely disregard the students’ experience. However, all of my professors have accepted I have experience beyond the classroom, and in some instances asked me to speak to the class about it. Granted, I have held back at times, because I know there is a learning process which needs to take place in order to get a good foundation.

In any case, I happened to see this website on Google and felt I needed to tell everyone about my great experience with Rasmussen College since there are so many bad reviews. In all honesty, I read the bad reviews, know the team at Rasmussen College, and can’t help but think, why didn’t you contact them.

I have missed assignments at times due to my company requiring I spend extra time on projects, which my professors have only asked that my supervisor notify them and have accepted my work without penalty. If you’re searching for an online experience to truly push your boundaries and make you a better professional in your field, I highly recommend Rasmussen.

ROMEOVILLE, ILLINOIS — This was absolutely the worst decision of my life to go here. At first going in the school for the first time it did seem kind of like a car salesman trying sell me a car or an army recruiter trying to get me to enlist and I should have recognized that and walked away but It was convenient that I can take all of my classes online which I couldn’t do at my local junior college and I wouldn’t have had to wait weeks to meet with someone like at the junior college which now I look back and I wish I would have been more patient.

As soon as I signed everything and my financial aid went through that’s when all their talk about “We’re here for you to achieve” went out the window and I could not reach my career counselor and he would never return my messages. The school goes by quarters not semesters. As for the first quarter I took two classes and aced them both and was even on the dean’s list but at the beginning of the second quarter I had a couple of personal family issues that I was dealing with that was interfering with me being able to do my school work.

After falling behind I was finally able to get ahold of my career counselor after several calls and explained the situation in depth to him in hopes that he would understand and I thought he did. He said he realizes that I’m trying to make an effort and that they would have to withdraw me this quarter but I could come back for the next quarter. So between the end of that quarter and the beginning of the next I spent my time again trying to get ahold of my career counselor with no success. I even tried going up to the school where I was informed that he was on vacation in Las Vegas.

So the next quarter begins with me still trying to get a hold of my career counselor. I figured if I could get ahold of him I could just start the quarter late and make up the work. Finally after calling several times the secretary at the front desk put me on hold where she would usually tell me that my counselor wasn’t in so I figured finally I’ll get some answers and be able to attend school again but I was wrong – she ended up transferring the call to the financial aid department and the person answering the phone I believe was the head of financial aid. I can’t recall.

The secretary must have told her who was on the phone because the person already knew my name and immediately started discussing a repayment plan for me. I told her the reason I was calling was to get back into school and that I talked to my career counselor and he said that was OK. She ended up saying it was too late and I would have repay in order to attend school.

I proceeded to tell her that I am unemployed and I can’t afford it. I then told her of the situation that led me to get withdrawn from school which was very personal to me and something I didn’t want to discuss but did anyway in hopes she would understand. Her response to me was that it wasn’t her problem and when can she be expecting a payment from me I then hung up the phone.

Now it’s fairly easy to communicate with someone at the college. They call my phone, email me, and even send letters in the mail saying that they will either take my tax refund or garnish my wages which is kind of hard to do since I’m unemployed. The letter also states that they could sue me which is also hard to do seeing that I don’t own any assets – no vehicle or house and doesn’t look like I ever will thanks to Rasmussen since I have no experience in anything and no education that’s why it’s practically impossible to find a job and also the reason why I wanted to go to college in the first place.

Now I can’t go back until I pay back the loan. I owe almost seven thousand dollars for a quarter and a half of school. Maybe one day I can finally get a job as fry cook or janitor or even a bag person and then they can garnish those wages. Now I know I actually don’t owe Rasmussen. I owe the government but Rasmussen didn’t care about me. All they wanted was the money and they made no attempt to help me get back to school.

I write this review so maybe it helps someone not make the same horrible mistake I made and if you don’t believe me check it out for yourself and see if they’re not like a car salesman or army recruiter and also look at what they charge. It’s almost double a credit hour compared to a junior college.

Hungry for Money at Rasmussen College

    By Marine 63 – 10/09/2010

BURR RIDGE, ILLINOIS — I enrolled at Rasmussen College Fort Myers Florida, 9160 Forum Corporate Pkwy Fort Myers, FL 33905 (239) 477-2100 over the summer of 2010 in their Paralegal Studies Program. I believe I was scheduled to start school somewhere the first week of July 2010. During the course of the commotion of starting school I find out from my doctor I had to have a procedure done on my lower back and that it would interfere with me executing my studies effectively so I chose to dis-enroll from school within the allotted time frame without penalties.

Now the problem is the text books. Now take to mind I started the first week of school so I had to open my text books which came shrink wrapped, which I had to return those text books to the school which I did and received a receipt for such said text books and it was noted they were taken out of the shrink wrap which is logical because I had to use them but they are in the very same new condition. No marks in them, they were barely looked at. No bent pages etc. Now I understand the economy is horrible but on the other hand it’s outrageously pathetic that the school is trying to strong arm me into giving them a 100.00 dollars to re-shrink wrap the books.

How feeble minded are they that they think I’m going to pay them 100.00 dollars to re-shrink wrap the text books. They are going to re-shrink wrap them and re-sell them to another student. I didn’t fall out of the coconut tree the other day and I am not a fool. What are your thoughts or opinions? Thank you. Oh! By the way, Rasmussen sent me on a goose chase by directing me to a department that doesn’t handle the situation. Nice try Rasmussen College.

    Company Response 10/11/2010:

Please contact the Rasmussen College Personal Support Center at 866-693-2211, and we would be happy to further investigate this situation. We strive to provide the best customer service to our current and former students, and will work with you to have this issue resolved. Thanks!

The model you choose depends on your goals, the available room at home, and how often and for how long you intend to train. I hope you find this website useful.

To save you a lot of time, if you have a budget of around a $1,000 you can’t go wrong buying one of the most popular rowing machines of all time – the Concept2 Model D. For $945 you’ll get a rower that will last for years. and years, and has some great features. Gymnasiums and rowing clubs love it, and so will you.

Don’t be put off by the staggering choice of rowing machines out there. We can help you find the answers to all your questions, and ensure you get the best rowing machine that will get you into the shape of your life. We’re a group of personal trainers and ‘gym junkies’ who are fanatical about fitness and training. There is a massive range of home fitness equipment, you can spend anything from around $100 to well over $1,500 – so you can imagine the difference in quality and reliability.

However, buying the most expensive machine doesn’t always guarantee you’ll get a better rowing machine. There’s no point buying a top of the range model, if you only plan on using it two or three times a week. Likewise, it’s false economy to buy a budget machine if you intend to row everyday for an hour!

Our reviews are written by people who have spent at least a week using the machine or already own one and have had it for over a month. We rate each machine using the following criteria. We’ve recently changed the quick reference info-graphic which appear on each review page.

We rate the build quality, features on the rowing machine and value for money and then give it an overall score out of one hundred..

To read about the models we’ve tested to date, please see all our reviews . or use our comparison table to check the price verses features. We perform regular price checks, so we can recommend the best buys on the market. Our objective is to help you get the best rowing machine at a price you can afford.

2017 Reviews Of The Best Extended Auto Warranty Companies #extended #auto

    #

    Best Car Extended Warranty Reviews

Finding the best extended auto warranty coverage is not the easiest thing these days – there’s lots of clutter and wading through it all can be very daunting. This is why we are glad that you are on this site. We’ve spent months researching and testing the best auto warranty companies and the ones listed below are the crème de la crème. Each has been tested against our criteria of affordability, response in handling claims and efficiency in getting you back on the road. If you want peace of mind, you’ll find it in any one of our top three choices:

    #1) Our Top Recommendation: Autopom

Autopom is our first recommendation for anyone looking to protect their car under a solid vehicle protection plan. Autopom employs a consultative sales approach to find the best coverage plan for your vehicle based upon your needs and budget. You won’t find high pressure or hard-sell at Autopom. Autopom represents multiple A rated carriers in order to fit every customer with the best plan at the best price. Autopom is staffed with knowledgeable agents whom recognize the unique requirements of each client.

Here are other reasons why we like them:

    • Autopom! sells nationwide and is one of only a few companies licensed to sell mechanical breakdown insurance in California
    • Coverage is backed by AM Best “A” Rated (or better) providers
    • All coverage plans offered are backed by an insurance company
    • Unlimited starting mileage (most brands up to 14 model years old)
    • A+ BBB Accredited
    • 30 to 60 day money back guarantee
    • Rental car assistance
    • 24/7 roadside assistance & towing
    • Trip interruption reimbursement
    • Choose your own repair facility
    • Consultative, low-pressure selling style

CLICK HERE to visit Autopom and receive your FREE, no-obligation quote immediately.

    #2) We Also Recommend: Endurance

Endurance is one of the largest providers of vehicle protection coverage in the nation. They are the only vehicle service contract company in the country that is both an A+ rated member of the Better Business Bureau and an accredited certified member of the Vehicle Protection Association.

Endurance has the distinct advantage of not being a broker, allowing for swifter setup of coverage and speedier settlement of claims. When choosing Endurance, you will purchase with confidence and peace of mind. All Endurance products are fully backed by Wesco Insurance Company, an Amtrust Insurance carrier that has been rated “A” (EXCELLENT) by A.M. Best.

Endurance pays the mechanic directly for your auto repairs, including all parts and labor, making it quick and effortless. Their protection plans are accepted by ANY licensed repair facility nationwide. Affordable payment plans are available and each plan comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. Endurance also provides roadside assistance and rental coverage with no deductible for up to 5 days.

Note: Coverage is not currently offered in California. Cars that are more than 10-model years old and/or with more than 150,000 miles may not qualify.

CLICK HERE to visit Endurance and receive your FREE, no-obligation quote immediately.

    #3) We Also Recommend: CARCHEX

CARCHEX is our third recommendation for anyone looking to protect their car under a solid extended warranty. This company is the gold standard and has been featured on some of America’s top news outlets including ABC, CBS and NBC. CARCHEX is also one of the few extended car warranty companies online that has received a consistent A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB). In fact, 99.9% of the people that use CARCHEX report 100% satisfaction with the level of protection they get and the responsiveness in how claims are handled. And if that level of satisfaction wasn’t enough, CARCHEX offers a no-quibble 30 day money back guarantee.

In terms of customer support and coverage, CARCHEX is perhaps the best you’ll find anywhere. From start to finish, your interaction with their quoting systems, selection process and friendly staff is one that will leave you happy for months to come. Little doubt then Pat Goss of TV’s MotorWeek calls it the “best company anyone can choose for extended warranty protection”.

The only downside: Coverage is not currently offered in California, Missouri and Washington. Cars that are more than 10-model years old and/or with more than 125,000 miles may not qualify.

CLICK HERE to visit CARCHEX and receive your FREE, no-obligation quote immediately.

Travel Indochina provided us with a great holiday with only two problems which need to be addressed

    4 out of 5. reviewed on Feb 17, 2015

I have just returned from a trip up the Mekong on the Jayavarman. On boarding we were informed that a group of 36 Dentists were conducting a conference on board which meant that at some times areas of the boat were unavailable to us. We had no choice in sitting arrangements in the dining room and were required to sit at the same table each meal. I really feel that we should have been advised that a conference group was going to be on board at the same time as we would have chosen another date to travel.

The guides were excellent and v

ery informative and the crew outstanding in their friendly manner and helpfulness.

On arrival in Ho Chi Minh city there was no letter informing us of arrangements for the get together so had to ring the office to get the details. Another problem was our booking at Raffles in Siem Reap – not sure whose error this was but there was no booking for us. I stood my ground and they finally found us a room but in the Smoking Section of the hotel – not pleasant! They didn t even offer us a free drink or coffee let alone a free dinner.

I suppose in the overall picture these were only minor problems but I feel they need addressing.
